Terms and Conditions

  1. Organization Philosophy

    • Organization sees the whole world as one family.
    • The Organization does not promote or support violence in any form.
    • The organization will not be responsible if any family or any of its members is found guilty of violence.

  2. Privacy and Freedom

    • The organization guarantees no involvement in the private life of any of its members and shall respect the privacy of each member.
    • Organization promotes freedom for each person.

  3. Unity and Inclusiveness

    • This organization is established for unity and consists of communities of Hindus, Jews, Parsis, and all those who are somewhere in the minority in today’s world or are on the verge of extinction.
    • We see this world as one big family where all living beings, flora, and fauna are considered precious.
    • Each person who has joined our organization is considered as a family member.

  4. Policy Amendments

    • Organization can modify and amend its policy/rules at any time for the welfare of people or its own.

  5. Non-Interference

    • The organization shall not interfere in any kind of family disputes of its members and shall never be biased towards anyone.

  6. Compliance with Laws

    • Organization does not violate laws of the government of India and if found doing so, shall be immediately rectified.

  7. Protection and Justice

    • Organization shall protect its family members and will always try to provide justice to them.
    • Organization shall always work for the upliftment of families and eradication of poverty.
    • Organization will work towards safeguarding the interests of all.

  8. Equality and Respect

    • Organization shall always promote equality and support respect for women.
    • All members connected to the organization are bound to stand for the respect of others and provide support to others as one family.

  9. Compliance and Legal Action

    • If any member/family is found working against the policy/rules of the organization, they may be debarred at any moment and the organization shall be free to take legal action against them.
    • On receiving a complaint against any of its members, the organization shall be free to take any legal action.

  10. Facilities and Contributions

    • The facilities provided by the organization can only be availed by any member if they have followed all the rules/laws for one complete year and have shown awareness towards society.
    • The amount contributed by any person towards the organization is seen as a donation, which is used for people in need and shall be non-refundable.
    • The amount contributed towards the organization shall only be accepted on the website through online payment. If anyone demands contribution as cash, the organization shall not be held responsible.
    • If any member or family is guilty of fraud in the name of the organization, the organization shall not be held responsible.
